The Executive MBA (EMBA)
The Executive MBA (EMBA) Class at BiMBA is intended to provide standard management training for those experienced and achieved managers to improve their insights in decision-making and leadership, and to standardize their managerial practices.
EMBA class consists of two terms spanning over 2 years, with 20 core courses and two pre-courses. Each year is divided into two terms of 8 weeks and covering 2 to 4 courses taught every other weekend. Cases are discussed, and students are encouraged to apply the theories and analysis methods to solve practical management problems, particularly problems about enterprises’ social responsibility and strategies that concern the executives of companies a lot.The qualified students shall be granted with an EMBA degree from Peking University and the degree enjoys recognition domestically.
Applicants for EMBA classes need to have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent education, and at least 5 years of managerial experience. Their management and the company’s performance, their managerial experience, their interpretation of and the outlook into the business, bravery, ambition, social responsibility and learning ability count heavily in the evaluation. EMBA at BiMBA is intended to train entrepreneurs of insights, cultivation and responsibility.
