Admissions for 2007 Part-time Program
Length of Schooling
The MBA program is for professionals with potential for high-level corporate management and capacity to start new business. The program integrates international concepts with the Chinese business context.
BiMBA recruits two classes of part-time students(100 seats) in 2007. Part-time students usually have classes on weekends with half-day session on Saturday and Sunday. The course work will be finished in about 28 months(2.5 years). Courses of 2007 will begin on June 23 of 2007.
Application Timeline
2007 application starts from Oct 2006 till May 31st, 2007. Since all application materials will be processed on the rolling basis and space is limited, we encourage you to submit your application as EARLY as possible.
Curriculum
BiMBA curriculum combines the best of Chinese and American contributions. The interactive, participative American pedagogy is followed, while cases analyzed are usually from Chinese situations.

Requirements & Procedures
BiMBA recruits students across the world. We welcome those outstanding professionals with high-grade managerial potential, integrity, responsibility and creativity. The applicants are expected to have:
- A bachelor degree or above
- A minimum of two years' working experience
- A GMAT score over 600
- Proficiency in English, especially oral communication
- Complete Application Materials
Interview
After applications are reviewed, a number of the applicants will be selected for an interview. A 30-minute interview in English will be arranged and admission result will be informed within one month after the interview. The whole processing lasts for about two month.

Every applicant should briefly explain why he or she would like to purse a MBA degree and why he or she has chosen BiMBA. In addition every applicant should give an overview of his or her past professional experience and a plan on future career development.

Original copies will be checked when applicants come for an interview.

We suggest that at least one letter should be from a current or previous employer.

- Non-refundable application fee (RMB 300 for applicants from the Chinese mainland; $50 for international applicants)

GMAT
BiMBA offers all the courses mainly in English, thus requiring students to have a solid ground of English listening, speaking, reading and writing. GMAT measures general verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills that are developed over a long period of time. It is designed to help graduate schools of business assess the qualifications of applicants for advance study in business and management. GMAT score is used by nearly 1300 graduate management programs throughout the world, and about 850 schools require GMAT score from each applicant. BiMBA has decided to use GMAT as one of the admission requirements. Generally, a minimum of 600 is required for GMAT score.(Score of writing is optional)

Tuition
The tuition is RMB 150,000 for part-time students in 2007. It covers the cost of computer use, registration, textbooks, course materials, team-building activity and graduation fee. Students can make a full tuition payment upon registration or on a 5-installment plan with RMB30,000(US$3,750) every half year. Detailed information is upon request. The tuition is subject to increase each year.
