Executive MBA is designed for executives with many years of managerial experiences and remarkable performance. BiMBA requires the EMBA applicants with at least 8 years' working experience, including 5-year managerial experience. The tailor made curriculum for EMBA program allows busy executives to finish advance education while working full-time. Students meet every two weeks for a two-whole-day class on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

After the application documents are reviewed by the recruitment committee of BiMBA, interviews and examinations will be arranged for qualified applicants.

The examination will be held several times from January to June for the convenience of applicants. It covers English reading, mathematics and basic management knowledge. Since it aims to check the basic ability of applicants there is no need for special preparation.

It refers to a position above deputy manager of functional departments or administrational offices. Different judgements apply for different types of companies.

14. Will the student be allowed to granduate in case of absence of classes due to business affairs?
In case of students' absence of classes due to business affairs, BiMBA adopts a flexible regulation. In case of absence of only one or two classes, BiMBA will try the best to help the student to manage. The teacher may give an individule lecture afterwards especially for him. Otherwise, we will offer video tapes of the lecture. On the other hand, in case the student misses quite a few classes, BiMBA will arrange him to make up the missed lecture in the following semester. Up till now, both students and professors are quite satisfied with the effective coordination and sensible arrangement.
